The cabins are quiet wilderness retreats for people who like hiking, fishing and the mountains. The cabins are on a private road, secluded, yet close to the village of Saranac Lake (three minutes drive) and Lake Placid (10 minutes drive).

The cabins have complete furnished kitchens.  Rest assured, there is plumbing and electricity. There are no phones, no TV's, no radios, no pets, and no smoking.  There are loon calls, soaring eagles, fragrant pines.

Nearby are many wild and gorgeous lakes and mountains (MAP).  Some lakes are undeveloped, surrounded by State land and have limited access.  There are lakes with sandy beaches and some without, but there is always a place to bask in the sun and enjoy a picnic.  Motorboats are prohibited on many of the nearby lakes.
